Who you are agreeing with

This site belongs to Yane Díaz, operating as E.I. Jane International, Inc., in Miami, Florida. When this page says "I," that is who you are dealing with. By using this site or booking a call, you are agreeing to what is on this page.

What this site offers

• A free 20-minute Fit Call. A real conversation about your situation, and an honest answer about whether I can help.
• The AI Clarity Check. A calculator and a personalized report about where AI might fit in your work.
• Harmony, the AI host you can chat with on this site.
• The AI Conscious newsletter, in English and Spanish.

Paid sessions, workshops, and speaking are arranged directly with me. The specific terms for those, including price, scheduling, and what happens if plans change, are agreed in writing when you book. Nothing on this page overrides what we agree there.

Booking a call

When you book the free Fit Call, you get a confirmation email with links to reschedule or cancel. Please use them if your plans change, even at the last minute. It frees the time for someone else and it costs you nothing.

Please answer the intake questions honestly. The call is 20 minutes and I read your answers beforehand, so the more real you are, the more useful the call is. If someone repeatedly books and does not show up, I may stop offering them the calendar.

About the AI features, honestly

Harmony and the AI Clarity Check are powered by artificial intelligence. They are useful and they are not people. They can be wrong, out of date, or miss something important about your situation.

Treat what they give you as a starting point for a conversation, not as professional advice. Nothing they produce is legal, financial, tax, medical, or employment advice. Before you make a real decision based on anything here, talk to a qualified professional, or talk to me.

Please do not paste confidential information, client data, passwords, or anything sensitive into the chat or the report form. The privacy page explains where that information goes.

What I do not promise

I do not promise a specific result, a specific number of hours saved, or a specific amount of money made. The calculator gives you an estimate based on the numbers you type in, and an estimate is exactly that. What you actually get depends on your business, your team, and what you do next.

Anything anyone else says about their results is their experience, not a promise about yours.

Using this site fairly

Please do not:

• Try to break, overload, or get around the security on this site.
• Use Harmony or the report tool to generate abusive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Scrape or automate the AI features to resell them or train another system.
• Pretend to be me, or someone else, anywhere on this site.

There are limits on how much you can use the AI features in one session. They are there to keep the tools working and affordable for everyone, not to shut you out.

What belongs to whom

The writing, design, photography, frameworks, and newsletter on this site are mine. You are welcome to read them, share a link, and quote a short passage with credit. Please do not republish them in full, sell them, or feed them into a product as if they were yours.

What you write to me, in a form or in the chat, stays yours. You are giving me permission to use it to answer you and to prepare for our conversation, and nothing else.

Links to other places

Some links here take you somewhere else, like a booking page, a video, or an article. Once you leave, you are under someone else's terms and privacy policy, not mine, and I am not responsible for what they do.

If something goes wrong

I keep this site running carefully, but I cannot promise it will never be down, never have a bug, and never make a mistake. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses that come from using this site or relying on what the AI tools tell you.

If something here has caused you a real problem, write to me first. I would much rather fix it than argue about it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, in the United States. If we cannot resolve something between us, it goes to the courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, I will update this page and the date below. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
