Privacy
Your information, in plain language.
No legal fog. Here is what this site collects, who touches it, how long I keep it, and the rights you have over it.
The short version
I collect only what you hand me. It lives in my client system and nowhere else. I never sell it. Two features on this site use AI, and I tell you exactly how below. You can ask me to delete everything at any time and I will.
Who this is
This site belongs to Yane Díaz, operating as E.I. Jane International, Inc., in Miami, Florida. When this page says "I," that is who is responsible for your information.
What I collect
Only what you choose to give me, through one of three doors:
- Forms and booking. Your first name and email, sometimes your phone number if you choose to share it, and whatever you tell me about your work.
- The AI Clarity Check. The answers you select, the numbers you set, and anything you type about your most repetitive task.
- Harmony, the chat. What you write in the conversation, plus your name and email if you decide to share them.
My web host also keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting, which include IP addresses. I do not use those to build a profile of you.
There are no advertising pixels, no Meta or TikTok trackers, and no analytics following you around the internet on this site.
Who else touches it
Only the services that make this site work, and here they are by name:
- GoHighLevel, my client system, where your contact record lives.
- Anthropic, whose Claude models generate Harmony's replies and your Clarity report.
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website.
- Google Workspace, if you email me directly.
These companies process information on my behalf, under their own agreements, and are not free to use it for their own purposes. All of them operate in the United States, so if you are writing from elsewhere, your information is processed there.
How long I keep it
Contact records stay while there is a reason to keep them: an active conversation, a client relationship, or a newsletter subscription. If you unsubscribe and we never work together, I clear it out within about two years. If you ask me to delete it sooner, I do it right away. Some records I have to keep longer when the law says so, like anything tied to an invoice.
The AI parts, honestly
Two features here run on artificial intelligence, and you deserve to know how.
Harmony is my AI host. She is an AI, not a person, and she says so. Your conversation goes to Anthropic's Claude to generate her replies, and a copy is saved to your contact record so I can pick up where you left off.
The AI Clarity Check takes the answers you give and writes you a personalized report the same way, then emails it to you and saves it with your record so I can prepare properly for our call.
In both cases, the AI provider does not use your information to train its models. The AI writes with instructions I gave it, and it can still get things wrong. That is why every report says so, and why the real conversation is a call with a human.
Cookies, and what your browser keeps
No advertising or tracking cookies. What this site does store is small and functional: your chat with Harmony is held in your browser's session storage so it survives when you move between pages, and it disappears when you close the tab. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to tell humans from bots.
Because I run no advertising trackers, there is nothing here for a "Do Not Track" signal to turn off.
Videos, fonts, and links out
Videos on this site are click-to-play, so nothing loads from YouTube until you choose to watch. Once you press play, YouTube can set its own cookies under its policy. The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request. Any link that takes you off this site lands you under someone else's privacy policy, not mine.
How it is protected
Everything travels encrypted over HTTPS. This website keeps no database of its own; your information goes straight to the systems above. Access keys are stored encrypted and are never visible in the site's code. No system is perfect, but nothing here is careless.
What I never do
I do not sell your information. I do not rent or trade it. I have never sold or shared personal information for cross-context advertising, and I do not intend to start. I never ask for passwords, card numbers, or bank details on this site, and no real message from me ever will.
Your choices, wherever you live
You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to fix it, ask for a copy, or ask me to delete it. Write to [email protected] and I handle it personally, normally within a month. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link, and using it is not a big deal, I promise.
If you are in California
Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what I collect and why, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to limit how sensitive information is used. I do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. Asking me for any of this will never get you worse service or a different price. Use the same email above.
If you are in Europe or the UK
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, and object to how your information is used, and to withdraw consent at any time. I rely on your consent for marketing emails, and on legitimate interest for replying to you and running this site. If you think I have handled your information badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority, though I would rather you tell me first so I can fix it.
Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent me something, write to me and I will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, I will update this page and the date below.
